located.
Tom announced that tonight the Loveland City Council will hear a request

to and surrounding the FAA critical zone for the approach end of RY 33
at FNL.
Tom informed us that the club trailer had the wheel bearings replaced
and that the Chapter's website is up and running.

Thought you might be interested in the fate of an old 515
project. You may recall I built a Barracuda (modified) some years back.
I have followed its progress through several owners and am still in touch
with it. The airplane has been flown just under 600 hours that I know
of and is still active. It was owned and flown by an active Navy F-14
pilot and a retired F-100 pilot. I have talked with both by telephone
and both said they liked it. I found it to be only marginally stable in
pitch, an undesirable feature for me. Both fighter pilots liked that feature.
That reinforces my long-held belief that fighter pilots are bomber pilots
with undiagnosed head injuries. I've been both. Bomber is better.
